It was totally of 3 rounds. At first they have paper and pen based questions. It is a mixture of English, aptitude and questions on the post you applied. In the final section you will be asked to write few programs. There is no specific pattern for this test. After a couple of days, called for round 2 where it was TR. You will be asked to review your written programs and some basic stuff. "Purely basic". The final round would be CEO round. It's like HR. At the end you will be shocked with the policy of company. As a freshman you need to surrender your certificate(it's not photo copy but its original , you need to give 10th,inter,B.techm) for 2 years (Ultimately 2 years bond,break it pay 3L₹), with very less pay then a BPO jobs. They say that 8k per month!
