1. Had a first introduction to the job by Recruiter 2. Set up virtual semi-face-to-face meeting with managers with various departments. 3. Had to pass some kinds of web-based IQ tests (1hour). You have to sit for 1 hour to pass the test. 4. Offer if passed.

A lot of behavior questions: - How you performed under pressure. - Any conflicts with coworkers and how you resolved. - When did you have to make a quick decision and how you did it. A lot of these questions - you have to explain specific examples. If you don't remember, just pause and ask for more time to think about it. Description of projects that you have done, what the outcome was. Your responses should be situation, task, action, result (STAR) method.
