The interview was not a interview they have you do a lot of star situation that I feel are not right.They do not ask you general question that they will ask you at a interview.People that have a lot of experience in customer service can’t pass the interview due to all the star questions.Who can remember every situation in a job to give them examples.I clearly see why they always hiring.It was along process and then they make u wait three weeks just to tell you that you did not get the job inform people ahead of time so they won’t be waiting.They interview process sucks to me.
