The overall process was very challenging. I would say there were three parts to the interview process which included written tests, leadership assessment and finally a panel interview. The panel interview was somewhat fun, if you enjoy talking about yourself. The company recruiter gave me enough information to feel prepared for all aspects, minus the leadership assessment.
