I applied through Indeed.com and about a month later I got an email saying they were impressed with my resume and wanted to have a brief phone interview. The phone interview was about 10 minutes long where they just asked me some personal questions such as my major, gpa, and what I was interested in doing when I graduate. Then I had a Skype interview with a manager which was about 45 minutes long. I was asked situational questions which they said should be answered in the STAR format. After the interview I had to pass a background check and a drug test before the offer was official.
