There are two-rounds of interviews that test your critical thinking and behavioral skills. The first round is done in groups with a good amount of candidates. In this setting, they test your ability to collaborate with others and see how your mind works. The second round is individual interview with a few of their representatives, in which they ask you several questions about yourself, your resume, and what you are looking for in the company.
