The interview was basic. I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview and was asked to complete a personality assessment. HR and hiring manager was professional. After the phone interview, I was contacted by HR to set up an on-site interview. I believe my skill set was not up to par for what they were looking for but the experience was good. Great communication from HR and hiring manager.
