Interview with Regional director, then head director at a clinical site. Hiring decision was then made. Things a little slow right now as cases are just starting to pick back up.
Applied online, was contacted by the company to fill out a questinoare. Then called for an in person interview. Was contacted a few days after the interview with an offer.

Give an example of how you would explain patellofemoral pain to a new patient
Thorough, clear, friendly, organized. I was contacted and interviewed by a regional director. Interview was about 1-2 hr. Long where we went over interview, company statistics and model, and finding a fit within the company.
