I sent a CV to this company, They emailed me that you are short listed for an interview and the interview will include a test and they schedule the interview for two weeks later, So far so good. They contacted me over Skype (voice call), At the start I found out that they are eating something, I don't leave in Germany but I'm pretty sure this is rude everywhere! Then they asked me to to run a SSH client and login with given host, user and password. I don't know what the hell are these guys thinking but they didn't even introduce themselves. I repeat that I don't leave there but I think common courtesy at starting conversation is to introduce yourself, make a small chat then explain what the hell is going on and what you are trying to do, then starting the test! So I connected to their hos using SSH and there was a directory and some tests in it. the told me to write code for the first test (using vi, like it's 1980). I was shocked and proceed a poor approach. he told me that this is not optimize and we shouldn't continue the test. I was more than OK with that! After the test I was thinking that this was jut like a codility test and I should use internet and using that it would be really easy, but as I said, they didn't explain what the hell are they doing and what should I do and in an interview you can't think straight so you will need some explanation. Anyway, don't participate in this company's interview people, you will regret it. These guys have less manner than a chimpanzee.

code challenge, Live coding 2 Hours. don't expect Video interview because they only care about a code solution to very ill-defined problems. some of which may require visual brainstorming and you may like to use a white-board, but then you recall that is a skype audio session. no discussion just write the code assume whatever you want, very rude and company centered process. Definitely regret wasting my time.
