It was a group interview, with around 5 people. It was basic questions regarding salary and schedule, I was offered the position with the Litigation Department and then eventually moving to the insurance department The person that interviewed me asked my knowledge of the company and i did research the company so i was prepared to answer any questions that were thrown at me.

The process took 2 weeks. The interview was short of 20 minutes and everything went smoothly. The supervisor talked most of the time so I didn't have to say much. She informed about the pay, what I'll be doing and the benefits.

Applied online afternoon, got a call next day before noon. Group interview with 5 people and both supervisors. Got a call the same day. Got a drug testing and background test. Was training in about two weeks.
