Online application included resume (opted to also submit cover letter). Phone interview some weeks later with hiring manager lasted about 10 minutes just to see if my resume seemed legitimate and I was a polite person it seemed. Two weeks later I set up an interview via HR and spoke with the hiring manager and another Sales colleague for 15 minutes each. Really friendly and professional - not out to trip you up in the interview. Flat hierarchy they talked about seemed real as higher level management was introduced to me in hallway. I followed up right away with a personal thank you email to both interviewers. A few weeks later HR called and offered me the job, and my start date was a couple weeks after that. Everyone involved from their side was delightful and polite.
