End to end process conducted over 6 months. I went through a series of interviews and received very positive feedback at each stage. I was assured that the offer is being finalized and asked to be patient. Finally after a 6 months including hours of preparations, interviews and presentations the position was cancelled as company decided it did not fit it's future direction. Recruitment process was long and exposed company's inability to align strategic development plans and internal org changes with resourcing needs, exposed lack of empowerment at senior level to make resourcing decisions.
