I only had an AI phone interview after submitting an application. The next step was to complete some online assessments. Despite highly qualified, I was never called for a face-to-face interview. But I am thankful I did not get the job, because I heard negative things about the branch manager from two contractors. They believe i was not hired likely because of age discrimination. I will never apply for a job at this company again.
