Entrevista
1st round was on video call with the hiring managers. They asked typical questions about my background, also asking me to justify every choice I made in my career. Then they asked questions related to the specific area I was applying for. It went very smoothly, it was more of a discussion rather than a formal interview.
2nd round was on site with the same managers as in the 1st round, plus HR (who joined online) and the head of the department. They asked the same kind of questions as in the first interview, and added situational questions to understand my profile / working style. The head of the department seemed a bit conservative, but that was just my opinion.
The only bad thing was their follow-up communication. The first sentence of the email I received was literally "Thank you very much for investing your time and effort to interview with our team for the position [Posting Title] with Evonik.", and there was another one like this later on in the same email. I found that very unprofessional from their Talent Acquisition Team to not even fill an email properly, I just hope that they treat their employees with more consideration.
