Very long unreasonable process. You apply online, then you have to do an online personality test that takes at least 30 mins. Then it goes to interviews - 1 phone call interview, 1 video call interview and then a final interview with the directors. So long for no reason. You then spend time getting to know the recruiters and if you don’t make it through to the 3rd round of interviews you’ll just get ghosted. Not even an email with feedback to explain why or to even say “unsuccessful” not professional at all. Massive red flag. Glad I found a better company

A lot of competency based questions using the STAR method to answer; Tell me a time when you had to have a difficult conversation? Tell me a time when you managed or lead a group of people? Tell me a time when you took risk? There was too many to remember to be honest but that’s the general gist.
