Completed 3 rounds and waiting for HR round. Interviews were good and interviewers gave good feedback in the end of the interview and said we will meet soon. Was very positive from the interviewers feedback. Later no response from HR and after continuous follow through for 2 weeks they said that they are going to interview an internal employee and then later after few days of follow up they say internal employee got selected. If this was their plan then they would have directly said no to outside hiring. Total waste of time.
