First round was easy. The managerial round was a joke, so interviewer said she was driving, she says gen ai is very easy to learn i want to know your end to end buissness and says she does not need any technicalities. Also states they dont use open source i said see im using llama3 from bedrock , bedrock is not open source , n guardrails is good with security, she is like nah no technicalities. States rag is outdated they have better projects. Honestly with this kinda ego and deafness to candidates answers, this interview is more like monarchy. You gotta please the manager which is stupid.
