I was a huge fan of Everywhere, so I was super excited when an opportunity was open. However the interview process was disappointing and shattered my opinion of the company. Firstly, it was like pulling teeth to get any responses regarding next steps or coordinating timing. I completed an in-person group interview and was selected to move on to the next round, which was a written test. I was supposed to get it at a certain time and have an hour to complete it, but twice it wasn’t sent at that time. After I finally got it and completed it, I heard back that they were pursuing other candidates. Which was really disappointing, but fine...Except it wasn’t even true!!! They never hired anyone for that role and instead combined it with another one and made it a contract position. Please keep in mind your reputation and understand how excited people may be to interview with you.
