Everyday health came to my campus during the spring career fair. I had applied through my career services
website and I got a call for a 1:1 interview. There were 2 rounds, one was technical and one was behavioral.
The technical was basically a breeze, where I had to write some basic code and sql. The behavioral interview consisted of typical questions "greatest weakness etc. " . I thought I did really well. A few weeks later the HR who conducted my behavioral interview called/mailed me and said they wanted to go ahead with one more interview and that she would mail me the details before the end of that week. I did not receive any communication from that company after that. I tried emailing the HR and calling her many times but there was absolutely no response. I talked to a few of my friends from campus and they had similar experiences. I was fairly disappointed because that was my first job interview of the season. Nevertheless, I moved on and found another job. I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism, all it would have taken is an email or a call saying they were not going ahead with the interview.
