Brief intro call to discuss the broad aspects of the company, then I was sent a code challenge. Upon completion of the code challenge, I had 2 interviews, 1 technical and 1 more of a 'culture fit' style with the team I'd be working with. The process was quick and they were very accommodating of my schedule even with it being a busy time for me at my previous job.
