Interviewed by two members of staff. One was personable and engaging, asking genuine questions relating to the job. The other, Amy, was AWFUL. Didn't so much as say Hi during the interview, zero facial expressions and no signs of any sort of active listening, then proceeded to ask some questions. 'what are your strengths?' 'what are your weaknesses?'. I wasn't successful and even if I was invited back I wouldn't of accepted because if that's the kind of people they're employing, no one should want to be a part of that.
