An online assessment with behavioral questions, then an interview with the hiring manager and usually another person working in a position relative to the role - there weren’t much technical questions but more behavioral questions were asked in relation to the transmission and utility work

Entrevista
Interview is straight forward. Starts with virtual questionnaire. If successful moves onto virtual interviews. Standard leadership/general interview questions. Nice and comforting interview with two managers from different departments. Got offer after the interview. Overall duration of the process is about a month. Would recommend.
