The interview process consisted of two pre-interview calls in addition to three formal interviews which seems very standard for a professional company. I was able to learn a lot about the company and the position as I started and completed the interview process.
The first call was with an excellent Human Resources Recruiter from Eversource, the second call with the Hiring Manager, then a first interview with both. My second interview was a presentation to a few different managers within the Energy Efficiency Group; and the last interview made up three small interviews: the VP of the Division, and two peers/mentors for the role.
I especially enjoyed the opportunities to me all levels of managers in the section, in addition to meeting prospective partners and other peers. I think that this gave me an internal feel for the position, the group and it's direction, as well as a stronger feel of how I could fit in.
Most notable of all, it was a very easy-flowing interview process with consistent updates from the Human Resources Recruiter. I really enjoyed this interview process and I have a great view of the company from it; I'm excited to begin work.
