I responded to a LinkedIn message which was followed up by a phone interview used to gauge my interest. I was then asked to complete an on-line Application with personality test and was scheduled for an on-site interview with various levels of managers. Later I was asked to complete a second on-site interview. I was required to complete a drug test during this process as well. The process was longer than typical due to conflicting schedules and the department I was interviewing for was having some shifts in management.
