Multiple interviews over a four week period. I interviewed with one of the founders who would be my direct report, another Product Manager from the team, and the Chief Technology Officer. In addition, there was a case study assignment which I presented to the above group, along with five other department heads and team members in a remote panel. I was also asked to submit samples of my work. Every scheduled interviewer was on time and very cordial. It was a relaxed atmosphere where I felt very comfortable and relaxed. All interviewers were sincere and relayed a strong sense of pride in their company. I enjoyed the entire process and came away with total respect for the entire organization.
