They list positions under different titles in order to get more applications. As an example, the Human Resources Assistant position's actual title within the company is Recruitment Assistant. Their entire hiring process is deceitful. They will tell you that they will answer any and all of your questions in the next interview, but they really won't. They justify doing this because they want people that will jump-in to the job blindly.
