Job posted on Indeed.com and submitted electronic resume. Contact was made and face to face interview was set up. Face to face was very comfortable, questions were asked, salary discussed and paper application was submitted. I was contacted by email the next day with a job offer. I was free to counter current offer and an agreement was make and contract was signed for employment.
