When I got there, the manager introduced themselves and gave me a quick overview of what the role involved. Then we went into the interview part where they asked me a few questions about my background, why I wanted to work there, and how I’d handle different situations—for example, motivating someone who’s struggling or dealing with a complaint.

First stage was a telephone interview in a very state of fact manner, a written questionnaire would have been a more pleasant way instead. Got to the second stage, live with the GM and AGM. Friendly atmosphere, enjoyed the visit and atmosphere. Felt like the perfect fit. BUT: had to chase them if successful or not, it took them 22 days to tell me I wasn't successful. Requested feedback and never ever heard back from them. Rude.
