The interview process was very smooth. There were a few rounds of interviews that were held digitally between a Store Lead, and Talent Coordinator. They we’re flexible with making accommodations to your schedule. The overall process wasn’t difficult or intimidating. They ask general questions involving your background and interest in the brand. I would suggest that it’s important to do your research on the brand’s background in sustainability, and what your goals would be to thrive in that position.
