There was a preliminary phone screening with my recruiter where she asked me about my experience, background, education, skills, and why I wanted to leave my current job.
My interview with the contracted company was very easy. One 15-20min interview with my supervisor and his boss where they mostly just explained what I would be doing and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. They asked me a few questions about my experience but nothing you’d expect in most interviews.
My recruiter was helpful in preparing me for the interview. Apex has a lot of resources and my recruiter was available had I wanted to do a practice interview with her. After the interview she encouraged me to write a thank you note which she submitted on my behalf. They were very involved throughout the entire process and kept me up to date on next steps.
