Was contacted by a recruiter, set up a interview, simple GIS related questions and was offered a job within the next week or two. The intervew itself was fairly simple, I made a mistake of referencing google maps but still got the job.

The interviewer was really nice and he gave me a overall picture of how the job would be. They ask about you and GIS questions to see how knowledge you are in the field.

Good and informative. They told me about what to expect and what the day to day is going to be. Seems simple for people to understand their operation. Very informative and very nice. I liked it.
It was a phone interview and they just ask general questions about your GIS background. Not very many behavioral questions, mostly they just want to see your process for mapping or researching.
