Interviewers act really tough when they really are not. They ask you a lot of questions. There are at least three or four managers sitting in on the interview at once. All of which started out at the exact position which I interviewed for.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
