Straightforward. I had a panel interview with three people, and they took turns asking me questions. They walked me through the role and the job description and the possible schedule that I will have

They were friendly and professional. Asked questions about things I have done and my goals for the future. They made me feel comfortable and kept the conversation flowing. I interviewed with three different people.
