Initial 20/30 minute phone call with a Recruiter. Spoke about the company and my past experience.
Onsite which was about 1.5 hours. Greeted by the RC that handed me water and a schedule of who I would be meeting with as well as some cool facts about EverString. I first met with the Head of Sales and spoke for about 45 minutes. After that spoke with Sr Dir of Ops for another 45 minutes. Really enjoyed the energy of both individuals and could tell they wanted to have a meaningful organic conversation compared to an interview that feels like an interrogation (those interviews are always the worst!). Interview ended with a tour of the office- really nice space.
I had the call one week and onsite the following week- good momentum.
