Was emailed being asked if I’m okay with the job rate before the interview. No negotiations on the rate. You have to accept the rate to get the interview but the interview is where you find out about the job so poor form to ask this so upfront. Never got a response about the job. They have since posted the job multiple times since my interview so clearly they’re not doing well.
