First round was a conversation with a TA Lead, who gave an idea about what the role is and what the org is about. The TA lead was knowledgeable and was able to answer some basic questions I asked. Then came the interview with a Senior Leader. This 1 hour conversation was an absolute waste of time. The interviewer repeated the answers I gave and took notes of the same, with weird responses. All of the questions were around behaviour and none about the tech expertise or past experiences of projects. Looked like the interviewer was only looking for a cultural hero and not someone who the Engineering team can look upto. Just avoid interviewing here in case you want to save time. Until now, this position hasn't been filled, and it is not surprising.
