I first met with a "People's person" (loved that they don't call it "Human Resources"), and after that, I receive very nice thread of emails, giving me hints and a clear idea of what they expected in the following interviews. I felt valued, it felt like even without knowing what the results of the process would be, they cared about me, they wanted to meet me, and they where very clear about the goals and expectations. I never experienced a process like this, and they did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I think they wanted to meet the real me, not only the professional side, but the person.
