Drawn out interview process that required multiple rounds (not surprising) but involved constant rescheduling from the people at EvenUp. Multiple rounds had to be moved around to accommodate schedules, communication was lacking and job appeared to be offered based on vibes rather than competency. Test demand was provided for homework to prove capability.

Entrevista
You are given an initial assessment, if you pass that, you are contacted for a phone screening. If you pass that, you are given ANOTHER 2-hour assessment and meet with the hiring manager. If you are not selected you do not get any feedback and you have invested several hours for free.

3 aptitude tests and 2 interviews. It was a quick process, 2 of the day tests were easy. The writing test was 2 hrs and had tons of useless information. It requires you to write for two hours. I did not get any feedback, but I did get a prompt impersonal rejection after jumping through all the hoops. I would avoid this place, they expect you to use faulty AI to write demand letters from 500+ pages of convoluted medical records.
