I was interviewed by 3 employees. Each apparently represented a different department. They didn't appear to have a lot of background in recruitment and I got the feeling that I was just being looked over to see if I would fit in to the 'corporate culture.' During the course of the interview it was made clear to me that the requirements of the job were within my skill level. But I left with the feeling that I had failed to meet some social/soft skills criteria or that they were looking for someone with different demographic attributes.
