The process starts with a bunch of questionaries in their own platform, After that it took a month for them to contact me again. When they contact you back you get an interview with the CTO and Tech Lead to share your expirience and some technical questions, after that a Tech Assesment is made in a call of 1 hour in which you create a back end from scratch using AI tools. Finally they ask you your salary expectations and that decides if you get an offer or not
