After being contacted via emailed about a potential interview, I had been directed to leave a voice mail message reading from a script (call center job). Afterwards they contacted me for a face to face interview at their offices. It went well and a week later i had the job.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
