I applied online and after a few weeks, I decided to send a follow up email. I already had a job, but I was looking for something different so the wait didn't bother me much. A couple of days after I sent the email, they called me back wanting an interview. They wanted to get me in that day, but it was last minute and I already had plans. So I scheduled it for two days later. The interview was the easiest interview I have ever had. She asked me about myself and if I was okay with memorizing a script. There weren't many actual interview questions, like "why do you want to work here?" The entire interview was her telling me about the position and what to expect.
