Applied in the store on paper application per an employee working at the time that shared they were hiring. Within a week or two the manager followed up with me and I went in for an in person interview. She asked me basic questions about myself and what my availability would be. She asked basic behavior questions.

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
