Entrevista
The first part was an online interview, mostly a recording of yourself answering several questions and a short technical test. The next part is the onsite interview where ESS paid for the travel and accommodation expenses.

Entrevista
I filled the application online. After 2 months, I have been contacted for internet interview. When I did it, again after 1 month I got invitation for on-site interview in Lund in the next 1 month, Sweden.

The questions of my internet interview were all technical. There were no question about salary or anything else. Without some years of job experience, I was not able to answer them.
