Had initial interview over phone with recruiter which wasn’t bad. However, in person interview was a little over 2 hours and interviewed both by HR and who I’d be reporting to. They both asked the same STAR questions pretty much and never got a reply back as to whether or not I’ve got the role. Take away is don’t waste your time interviewing with them.
