First uploading CV and personal information. Then answering small essay questions, mostly under 200 words. Then after the first selection you musst rite about a small project or you might get another task. Then after that you might receive a call. And then you are invited into a full interview.

If you had a magical wand, what project would you like to conceptualise and implement during your traineeship? Please focus on one of these domains: 1) general banking supervision, 2) Quan, Tec, IT risk or AI, or 3) Legal aspects of banking supervision. Please use your knowledge and creativity to outline this project in up to 1250 characters (including spaces). Your project will be assessed on originality and why you find this project interesting.
