I had two interviews. One was with HR, about company, job description, my education,etc. And other was with team leader of team where i applied about my IT knowledge and English language.

HR interview as first step . Second step is technical interview regarding relevant job needs (sql, .net etc.). Done in office usually some task on paper and questions throw conversation . Third step is interview with management.
