Interviewed with director and then walked around lab for over an hour. Was told I got the job and that HR would reach out to me. Never heard anything. Even texted director to see if I still had the job and did t even get a response. Extremely disrespectful. Don’t work for companies that treat people like this.
Questions about technical backgrounds and motivations with 20 minutes, with asking my educational, carrier experiences. Technical questions were easy and direct. It would not be diffcult if it have a direct experience.
The recruiter scheduled an interview, then did not show up and did not respond to emails or calls. Incredibly unprofessional, and would never interview at this company again. I have never experienced something so unprofessional from a hiring manager before.
They asked why did you want to join the company, what will you expect to gain. And asked about your past working experience, as well as your strengths and weaknesses.
