Application process was easy however they wanted to conduct the entire interview in German and did not terminate it when I said I was unable to speak German but continued speaking in German with me for 15 minutes which was extremely awkward

The interview process was a 2 phase process where you initially had a phone call interview and then an in person interview. The phone call interview was between fifteen two thirty minutes and the in person interview was between 1hr to 2hr

Very tedious. 6 to 7 rounds of interviews jumping from different people in a hierarchy. very inconvenient. less the market salary offered in the name of fairness within the group.
