Interview process took some 3 weeks. There was online assessment test followed by two technical rounds. After clearing all rounds finally HR round happened and they kept on delaying releasing offer letter. Initially I was conveyed that i will be getting my expected compensation but later on they kept on giving excuses like current covid situation and people around are joining at same pay and stuffs like that. I had only had to contact them to get update of offer release and after two further weeks they said that it has been kept on hold. I was really disappointed with this process. At the end all i can say is if organisation is not comfortable for the compensation asked by the candidate, please don't proceed for the interview process and engage candidate for weeks. At the end its a waste of time for both parties.
